Our Extension Services
At Capital Lashes, our incredible senior stylists offer many stunning lash and brow services.
Every lash extension service will be tailored to your natural lash health, eye shape, brow structure, and desired look. We will choose the most complimentary lash length, curl, shape (natural, cat-eye, doll-eye, etc.), and texture (neat or textured) with each set. The sets are differentiated by the application method and length of time for us to provide the service, but they are fully customisable.
Please note that each service will differ for everyone, but we hope the images below help differentiate the services and inspire you. Please remember that the length, curl, and whether the lash set is longer in the middle or outer corner will differ for everyone according to their desired look regardless of which set you book. For example, if you want 12mm long lashes, they can be done in classic or volume.
Please also remember that we are EXTENDING the lashes you already have; they are not implants. This means that the number of natural lashes and their density or spacing will make your set unique. If you have sparser lashes and want more quantity, we recommend leaning more towards a volume set.
We do not offer huge mega-volume sets as it is too heavy for natural lashes, although please reach out to us to see how dramatically we could create a set on you if you are after the most glamorous but still safe and sustainable set.
Full Classic Set
Our Classic lashes are perfect for an elegant, smudge and clump-free mascara look with added subtle length, thickness, and curl. The “Classic” lash technique is where we apply one lash to one of your natural lashes. This will make each lash we extend black, slightly thicker, longer, and more curled! Classic Lashes are great for those with many natural lashes who want to enhance them. Luxe Classic lashes usually have about 90-100% coverage, depending on how many natural lashes you may have. The individual lash thickness, length, curl, overall shape and style depending on your natural lashes, eye shape, and desired style. We customise the whole set for YOU! At the start of each appointment, we will give you a “lash bath” to clean off any makeup residue and natural oils. Then you can just lay back and relax, have a nap, chat, or listen to your favourite podcast. Keep in mind that this is a very natural set desired for those with not many natural lashes and first-timers.
1/2 Classic Set
Our Classic Half set is a very natural and light coverage version of a classic full set. The half set is perfect for trying lashes for the first time when you are not yet convinced they are right for you, or for those with not many natural lashes, or for those that love a very natural look to enhance their natural lashes.
The “Classic” lash technique is where we apply one lash to one of your natural lashes. This will make each lash we extend black, slightly thicker, longer, and more curled! Half sets usually have about 65% coverage, depending on how many natural lashes you may have. The individual lash thickness, length, curl, overall shape and style depend on your natural lashes, eye shape, and desired style. We customise the whole set for YOU! Keep in mind that this is a very natural set desired for those with not many natural lashes and first-timers. It is not suitable for those with lots of natural lashes or those with blonde lashes (as you will have some blonde lashes and some black, instead, we recommend a short and soft full classic set).

Hybrid Mixed Set
This stunning set is a mix of both Classic individual lashes and Russian Volume fans. It can be styled in so many ways and is a great first timer option for when unsure whether you like classics or volumes yet!
Natural Russian Set
This lovely set is made up of lash fans (fan = a bunch of ultra-thin lash extensions that we apply to each individual natural lash - anywhere between 3-8) rather than just applying one thick individual lash extension to a natural lash. It is light coverage and gives the illusion of having quantity more eyelashes yet still an elegant everyday natural coverage set. It is perfect for those wanting more lashes but terrified of the thick dark Russian volume lashes OR those with lots of lash damage from aging, a bad set of extensions, trichotillomania, chemotherapy etc., as the small, lightweight fans can help hide the damage safely while the damaged lashes grow back.
Length, curl, shape, and texture are decided on the day and suited to your desired look, eye shape, face shape, and natural lash health.
Glamorous Russian Set
This glamorous set is made up of lash fans (fan = a bunch of ultra-thin lash extensions that we apply to each individual natural lash - anywhere between 3-8) rather than just applying one thick individual lash extension to a natural lash. This set is FULL coverage and gives the illusion of having much more eyelashes. This set can still look very short and elegant, or it can look very long and dramatic, this set just means that a fan of any type is added to ALL healthy lashes. Length, curl, shape, and texture are decided on the day and suited to your desired look, eye shape, face shape, and natural lash health. This set is absolutely stunning and will last much longer than a natural Russian set due to being a higher quantity applied.

This Russian volume wispy set is ultra-flattering and features lots of elegant textures. It is very glamorous, but without being too thick. This style was popularised in America and Canada in 2021.

Strip Lash Set
This set is just like the Glam Russians but with the ever-so-stylish spikes you see in falsies/strip lashes these days! It is the style taking over the internet and offers some serious texture to a glamorous set. Rachel has been trained in person by the international Canadian lash educator Melanie Temple from Glitz Lash Studio who invented and revolutionised the style. The set can be wildly customised to your desired look with lots of spikes, a few spikes, long spikes, short spikes, subtle spikes and so on to perfectly suit you, your eye shape, desired style and of course natural lash health.

Eyeliner Set
This set was created and popularised in Russia and Europe and Capital Lashes was the first salon to launch this style as a service in Canberra. This stunning and sexy set features very short lengths in the inner 2/3rds of the eye and then dramatically increases length towards the outer corner creating the most stunning cat-eye eyeliner effect. This is an absolutely beautiful advanced Russian style. Disclaimer: This set requires strong, long, and healthy lashes on the outer corners to support this set. If the out corner lashes cannot support this set, we will try make the lashes as cat-eye as safely possible and give you a gorgeous Russian Volume set.

Anime Set
This style comes from Japan and creates a stunning and artistic Anime / Manga lash extension option for clients. The style features around 5-7 long and dramatic sections with shorter lashes in between. It is so much fun to style and tailor to each client's eye shape and desired version of the style.
