Capital Lashes is home to Canberra’s best lash artistry. We specialise in stunning eyelash extensions and lash lifts, emphasising lash health and safety, artistry and advanced techniques.
We are growing so fast that we rarely can take on new clients year-round and are looking for someone to join our team and help provide first-class lash services.
This position does not require any lash training as at Capital Lashes, we hire purely based on personality and drive, and we shall teach you the rest!
This position requires someone positive, wants to learn and perfect their skills, takes pride in their work, loves customer service, makes women feel beautiful, and loves supporting other women!
The objectives of the position include:

Continually learn and improve on the job how to safely apply & beautifully style lash extensions;

Provide excellent service and build relationships with clients so that you develop your portfolio of clientele who become regular/repeat clients;

Take payments from clients and rebook them;

Learn to manage your client bookings;

Learn to take photos & videos of clients for social media marketing purposes;

Maintain your workstation cleanliness;

Be a valued member of the team, helping each other as necessary.
